Privacy
Chain Freeza Ltd collects what it needs to take, deliver and support your order, and nothing for advertising.
What we collect
Your name, email address and phone number; your delivery address if you choose delivery; and what you ordered. If you create an account we also keep your saved addresses.
Payment
Card, bank transfer and USSD payments are handled by Paystack. Your card details go to Paystack, not to us; we see the payment’s result and, if you save a card, its type and last four digits.
Who else sees it
The courier carrying your order sees your name, phone number and address. Our order emails are sent through an email provider. We do not sell your details or share them for advertising.
Cookies
The site sets four cookies of its own: one to keep your bag, one to keep you signed in, one to remember the pieces you saved, and one to remember whether you chose pickup or delivery. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@chainfreeza.com. We keep order records where the law requires us to.
