Chain lengths
Where a length sits on an average adult. A broader neck or chest brings every length up a little, so if you are between two, take the longer.

To check, lay a chain you own flat, clasp closed, and measure it end to end. Or run a piece of string around your neck to where you want it to fall.
Ring sizes
US sizes. The easiest check is a ring you already wear on that finger: measure straight across the inside, edge to edge, and find the nearest diameter.

Fingers are larger at the end of the day and in warm weather. A wide band fits tighter than a thin one of the same size, so go half a size up for a band 6 mm or wider.
Bracelet lengths
Measure your wrist just above the bone and find the length that leaves room to move.
